CURRENT PROJECTS ON SITE
This project involves a carefully designed ground floor extension that creates a direct link between the main house and the detached garage. This new structure forms a generous open-plan kitchen, dining, and living space, transforming the home’s ground floor into a bright, flexible, and social heart for the family.

Glazed openings and a carefully planned layout create a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor spaces, maximising light and views. The extension improves functionality and flow, delivering a contemporary space that meets modern lifestyle needs.
EVERSONS BARN
This project is a sensitive conversion of a stone-built agricultural barn into a five-bedroom family home, retaining its original footprint, volume, and vernacular character. Minimal new openings and discreet rooflights provide light and modern functionality, while original timber trusses and structural features are preserved.
Externally, the barn is repaired with reclaimed stone and slate, with a contemporary cedar-clad addition on the south elevation providing a subtle contrast. The project balances the building’s historic character with the needs of modern living.
CEDAR
HOUSE
This project involves the construction of a contemporary SIPs-build extension to Cedar House, designed to create a dedicated home office with a light, modern working environment that complements the existing property.
In the grounds, a separate SIPs-built garden building is being delivered to provide a multifunctional wellness space with a sauna, outdoor shower and flexible area for year-round use, showcasing the efficiency and performance of SIPs construction.
