Situated in the Calf Hall and Gillians conservation area, Barnoldswick, the proposed dwelling replaces a double garage within the curtilage of an existing farmhouse. With dramatic and unobstructed views of the surrounding landscape, the property has the main living spaces at first floor to maximise the views on site. Care was taken to interpret the distinct character of the surrounding area but still create a modern, open plan dwelling full of light with large windows, framing the views out in the best way possible.
