This project delivers a comprehensive facelift and detailed redesign of an existing planning permission for a particularly tight and contentious site in Wilpshire. The plot presents several challenges, including sensitivities around overlooking, rights of light, and the constraints created by its unusual geometry.

The design approach focused on rethinking the building’s massing and aesthetic to create a more refined and coherent proposal. The simplification of the form helped to reduce visual bulk and improve the relationship with neighbouring properties, easing concerns related to privacy and daylight.
