Refurbishment of a disused property within the Wiswell Conservation Area, comprising a two-storey side extension, single-storey rear extension and internal alterations. The design sought to maximise the usable space within the constrained site while remaining sympathetic to the character and appearance of the surrounding area. Careful consideration was given to retaining and enhancing the existing architectural character of the dwelling, with the extensions designed to complement the original property and its conservation area setting.
