HIGHER DEER FARM

The new tenants of this tired farm intended to modernise and increase the agricultural output of the farm, as well as fulfill the residential potential on site to cater for their family and key workers.

 

The location in the AONB demanded a careful and strategic approach to build trust with the planners, whilst the residential and agricultural aspects of the site required an overall masterplan.
