Situated in the South Ribble Greenbelt, this impressive new build, office & garage and outbuilding replaced a small bungalow, garage and shed. The house was designed to be compact on the site, as well as utilising of the full volume of the roof space in order to appease the strict guidelines within the greenbelt. Utilising the Permitted Development rights of the existing bungalow prior to demolition, as well as the Permitted Development rights of the new dwelling we were able to build two additional structures on the site. These structures provided the opportunity to define different areas to the garden, as well as create a distinct aesthetic across the site.
