This infill design in Whalley, maximised the space on a very tight site. Offering additional floor space to the neighboring retail unit as well as a compact apartment above, with mezzanine sleeping area.

 

The roofline matched that of the existing historic street, over sailing the neighboring ridge behind and providing shelter for a rear roof terrace.
