This unique property, situated in green belt was not providing enough internal living accommodation to support the family's needs. Our proposal had to be sympathetic to the existing language of the property, whilst providing practical and exciting solutions. The property had already exceeded the recommended volume increase stipulated by the local authority, however we managed to secure a fantastic outcome from a very challenging scheme.
